For volume and wholesale sales we do not accept returns, except in the case of manufacturer defects or damage. Should this occur, please refuse damaged units on delivery and contact customer service for assistance.

All damages must be submitted with photos to the customer care department support@cosygear.co.uk within 72-hours of the product arriving at your premises.
